FAQ

How to book?

Check for your wedding date on the calendar. Inquire on the contact form listed under "Inquire." A contract will be sent to you to sign. After the contract is signed, you will receive an invoice. If you want to pick up/drop off items, instructions will be sent the month of your wedding. 

Pick up/Drop off

Rentals can be picked up 48 hours prior to your event date. Rentals will be expected to be dropped off within 48 hours after your event date. 

Deposit

There will be a $100 deposit to secure your booking date. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your rentals. The rest of the total will be due on or before pickup/delivery. 

Payment Methods

We accept Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Debit/Credit which will be available through a hyperlink on your invoice. 

Can I make changes to my order?

Absolutely! You are able to make changes to your order at any time. Just email me before your final payment is due so your total can be adjusted.
